Low season: £3000 per week, or £600 per night
(January, February, October, November excluding high season dates - see below)
Mid season: £4500 per week, or £800 per night
(March, April, May, June, September, December excluding high season dates - see below)
High season: £6500 per week
(July, August, Christmas, Easter, New Year, half-terms)
During high season, you can only book for full weeks. In mid or low season, there is a minimum 3-night booking.
Please note, no children under 12 years old due to cliffside location. No pets. No smoking.
The house sleeps 10, but can accommodate up to 12 - please select the 'More than 10' option in the Guests dropdown.

Terms
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit is required - £1000 for stays of less than a week, and £1500 per week for stays of a week or more. The balance is due 2 weeks before your stay.
Arrival time is 4pm, departure time is 10am.
No smoking.
The house is on the cliff edge, so we cannot accept any liability for accidents / injuries etc.
Due to the location of the house, we cannot host children under 12 years old or any pets.
The pool and hot tub are seasonal, as are some of the outdoor furnishings due to inclement weather.
